BANANA-PINEAPPLE SMOOTHIE

Ingredients:


1/2 cup Calcium Plus
1/4 cup crushed pineapple
2 pieces lacatan bananas
2 tbsp honey or to taste
1 cup cold water
crushed ice, as needed




Procedure:


1. Process all ingredients in a blender until smooth, adding cold water to dilute mixture if desired. 
2. Serve in tall glasses with crushed ice.
