Pine-watermelon Shake



*Good source of Potassium – for proper muscle and nerve functioning.
*Makes 6 servings


Ingredients:


350 g watermelon flesh, seeded, chunked and chilled
2 cans (24cl) Sweetened Pineapple Juice Drink, chilled
2 tbsp sugar
10 pc ice cubes




Procedure:


1. COMBINE all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
